Last updated: November 2026

By booking, scheduling, or accepting mobile detailing services from Noagai Mobile Detailing ("Noagai," "we," "us"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not book. These terms apply to all detailing packages, paint correction, ceramic coatings, add-ons, and mobile appointments.

  1. Professional Service Area & Travel
We are a premier mobile detailing service based in Orlando. We come directly to your home, office, or apartment in Orange, Seminole, and Lake Counties, Florida. Jobs located outside our core central Florida service area, multi-day projects, or appointments requiring extensive travel may include an upfront travel charge, which will always be quoted and agreed upon before work begins.

  2. Transparent Pricing, Vehicle Condition, & Estimates
    • Starting Prices: Prices shown on our website, booking forms, and text communications are base starting prices. The final investment depends on vehicle size, vehicle type (Car, Truck, SUV, Van), and overall vehicle condition.
    • Condition Tiers: A vehicle's condition level—ranging from Level 1 (light), Level 2 (moderate), to Level 3 (heavy soiling)—heavily influences the required time and final price. Factors like excessive pet hair, human hair, heavy sand buildup, severe interior stains, and exterior contamination require specialized tools and extra labor.
    • In-Person Inspection: Upon arrival, our detailing specialists will perform a physical vehicle inspection with you to review any areas of concern. We will agree on a final guaranteed price before any work begins. No unauthorized charges are ever added to your invoice after the fact.
    • Booking Corrections: If the vehicle’s condition differs significantly from the description provided during online booking or intake questions, we reserve the right to adjust the quote. You may decline the adjusted price and cancel, subject only to a standard late cancellation/trip charge if applicable.
    • Bundled Services & Add-Ons: Services are priced based on the selected package. Premium detailing add-ons (such as carpet shampooing, leather conditioning, or steam cleaning) are designed to enhance our base packages and are performed together with the primary service.

  3. Detailed Service Scope & Vehicle History Reporting (CARFAX®)
    • Fixed Scope: Each detailing service includes only the specific tasks listed in its official service description.
    • Maintenance vs. Deep Cleaning: Our Basic Interior Detail is specifically engineered for well-maintained vehicles cleaned on a regular, roughly monthly basis. It targets light surface dirt. Vehicles that have gone months or years without professional detailing, or that exhibit heavy embedded grime, will require advanced deep-cleaning restoration tiers at an additional cost.
    • Cosmetic Improvement vs. Repair: Professional detailing focuses on deep cleaning, protection, paint polishing, and cosmetic enhancement. It is not a mechanical or body shop restoration service. We cannot repair mechanical failures, torn leather, cracked upholstery, structural rust, severe clear coat failure, deep dents, or permanent physical damage.
    • CARFAX® Car Care Center Reporting Rules: As an authorized CARFAX® Car Care Center, Noagai proudly reports your premium detailing services, paint corrections, and ceramic coating applications directly to CARFAX® to help preserve and maximize your vehicle's resale value. This reporting is subject to the following mandatory conditions set by CARFAX®:

  • Reported Data Scope: The information submitted to CARFAX® is linked directly to the vehicle using its unique VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). The data reported consists strictly of the specific detailing services chosen by the Client, the vehicle’s current mileage, and the vehicle’s exterior color.

  • Payment Eligibility: CARFAX® reporting is strictly available only when services are paid for by debit card or credit card. Services paid for by cash will not be reported to CARFAX®.

  • Posting Timeline: Your service report will be submitted after full digital payment is successfully received. The report will be officially posted at 10:00 AM the following day.

  • Customer Proof Link: The day after service, the Client will receive a verification link proving that the detailing service was successfully reported.

  • Information Visibility: The verification link will display basic service information to the Client. The full, exhaustive data details are visible strictly to active CARFAX® subscribers. However, the basic report view allows you to see your entire vehicle service history timeline listed since the date the vehicle was originally sold.

  • No Consumer Charges: This history-reporting service is completely free to our customers. The customer does not pay any fee for CARFAX® reporting. Noagai does not create these guidelines; these rules, access levels, and reporting restrictions are strictly established and mandated by CARFAX®.

  • Compliance and Fraud Reporting: If any Noagai employee or representative states, implies, or attempts to add a charge or fee for CARFAX® reporting, please report this interaction immediately to management at 407-692-8590.

  1. Secure Payment Terms
    • Due Upon Completion: Full payment is strictly due immediately upon completion of detailing services unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to your appointment.
    • Accepted Payment Methods: For your security and convenience, we accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards via Square POS. We do not accept Zelle or Cash App.
    • Promotions & Coupons: All digital coupons, holiday discounts, and promotional codes must be presented at the time of booking. Promotions are limited to one per vehicle, cannot be combined with other offers, and are valid strictly for the dates and minimum purchase amounts specified.
    • Client Collections: Unpaid balances after service completion are subject to collections efforts and standard legal recourse.
    • Third-Party Accounts: For insurance claims, fleet accounts, or employer-paid corporate detailing, the vehicle owner remains personally responsible for the invoice balance if the third-party provider fails to remit payment.

  2. Flexible Booking, Cancellations, & Deposits
    • 24-Hour Notice Rule: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your mobile detailing appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
    • Booking Deposits: Secure deposits may be required to lock in your appointment slot for high-end, time-intensive projects, including advanced paint correction, multi-car fleet jobs, and premium ceramic coating applications.
    • Weather & Emergency Cancellations: Central Florida weather can be unpredictable. If we must reschedule your service due to severe weather (such as lightning or heavy rain disrupting mobile operations), technician illness, or sudden equipment failure, we will notify you immediately. We will promptly move your booking to our next available premium time slot or offer a trusted local referral. You will never be penalized for a cancellation initiated by Noagai.

  3. Arrival Windows & Late Start Fees
To maintain a tight, punctual schedule for all Orlando area clients, we reserve a dedicated time block exclusively for your vehicle. If our team arrives on time but is unable to begin work because the Client or vehicle is unavailable, a $50 Late Start / Appointment Delay Fee will apply after 30 minutes of waiting. If our detailers must leave the site because of an extensive delay, the fee still applies.

  4. Client Site Access, Water, & Electricity Requirements
    • Unobstructed Access: The Client must provide safe, legal, and practical physical access to the service location, adequate work clearance around the vehicle, and the vehicle keys.
    • Utilities Access: Unless explicitly arranged otherwise prior to arrival, the Client must provide access to a functional outdoor water spigot and a standard, safely wired electrical outlet. Noagai is not liable for pre-existing electrical or plumbing faults at the client's property.
    • HOA & Workplace Compliance: If detailing is performed within a homeowners association (HOA), apartment complex, or corporate parking garage, the Client is entirely responsible for confirming that on-site mobile detailing and water use are permitted.
    • Personal Belongings: Please remove all loose personal items, valuables, and electronics from the vehicle interior prior to our arrival. Cleaning around cluttered spaces takes away from your dedicated detailing time, and removing extensive personal belongings may incur a handling fee.
    • Safety Guardrails: Clients must disclose pets, severe allergies, loose aftermarket parts, or known structural damage before work begins. Children and family pets must be kept safely clear of the detailing work area, high-powered vacuums, pressure washers, and chemical applications at all times.

  5. Mandatory Biohazard Sanitation Policies
Vehicles contaminated with biological waste or hazardous bodily fluids (including pet or human urine, feces, vomit, and blood) require specialized safety protocols, commercial-grade personal protective equipment (PPE), and dedicated enzyme treatments. A mandatory Biohazard Sanitation Treatment upcharge applies and will be added to the estimate. If a biohazard condition is discovered after interior work has commenced, we will pause operations and issue a revised quote. Noagai reserves the absolute right to decline service on any vehicle presenting unsafe or unsanitary working conditions.

  6. Pre-Existing Vehicle Conditions & Damage Liability Disclaimers
    • Pre-Service Documentation: Our technicians inspect, note, and photograph your vehicle's condition inside and out before turning on any machinery.
    • Hidden Defect Exposure: Deep cleaning, high-temperature interior steam cleaning, hot-water extraction, heavy vacuuming, and exterior pressure washing can occasionally reveal or exacerbate pre-existing hidden defects. This includes clearing dirt away from deep rock chips, swirl marks, scratches, faded paint, oxidizing clear coat, brittle plastic trim, loose headliners, or poorly executed previous collision repairs. Noagai Mobile Detailing is not liable for damage resulting from these pre-existing vehicle vulnerabilities.
    • Single-Stage & Delicate Paint: Classic single-stage paint, thin factory clear coats, repainted panels, or vehicles with heavy prior overspray have limited tolerance for machine paint correction. Our specialists will inform you of any underlying risks and may modify or decline polishing services to protect your vehicle's finish.

  7. Results, Limitations, & Treatment Disclaimers
We use top-tier, professional-grade 3D detailing products manufactured in the USA that are Prop 65 and VOC compliant. While we strive for perfection, results are fundamentally limited by the vehicle's underlying baseline condition:
    • Permanent Stains: Some heavily embedded, aged, or chemical/dye-based stains cannot be completely extracted without damaging underlying carpet or fabric fibers.
    • Scratch Removal: Paint enhancement and multi-stage polishing drastically improve gloss and minimize defects, but deep scratches that pass through the clear coat cannot be safely polished out completely.
    • Environmental Contamination: The removal of heavy tree sap, industrial overspray, lovebugs, and bonded contamination depends heavily on how long it has etched the surface. Residual etching marks may remain visible.
    • Advanced Odor Elimination: We deploy advanced steam, extraction, vent cleaning, and commercial chlorine dioxide treatments to combat smoke, mold, and pet odors. If odors have permanently saturated deep seat foam, padding, or cabin insulation, total elimination cannot be guaranteed and may require multiple treatments.
    • Mold Remediation: We treat mild to moderate interior mold. Vehicles with structural mold infestations or active water leaks are outside our scope and must be repaired by a body shop first. We make no medical claims regarding allergen or spore elimination. Clients with asthma, respiratory conditions, or immune sensitivities should remain clear of the vehicle during and immediately following intense interior mold treatments.
    • Chlorine Dioxide Outgassing: A noticeable, clean chlorine scent is completely normal following an advanced odor removal treatment. This scent will safely dissipate within several days to a week. Keeping the vehicle ventilated accelerates this process.

  8. Automated Technology Interactions & AI Assistant Disclaimers
    • Consent to Automated Communication: By interacting with Noagai Mobile Detailing through public digital platforms, you explicitly consent to communicating with both our human staff and our integrated automated tools. This includes the Google AI Assistant, automated scheduling text systems, and interactive online chat configurations deployed on our website or Google Maps profile.
    • Google AI Assistant Terms: Our Google Maps profile may utilize automated Google AI features to provide instantaneous, real-time responses to routine client inquiries, including business hours, general pricing tiers, mobile service descriptions, and immediate appointment availability.
    • Scope of AI Information: All automated AI assistant interactions are intended strictly for convenience and informational purposes. While optimized for accuracy, information generated by an AI assistant is subject to human verification. In the event of a contradiction between an automated AI response and an explicit, direct quote or written contract provided by an authorized human representative of Noagai Mobile Detailing, the human-verified quote, pricing, or service term will strictly govern.
    • No Binding Contracts via AI: Automated AI assistants cannot unilaterally alter these Terms of Service, waive cancellation fees, or execute legally binding custom pricing agreements without explicit human oversight and final approval from Noagai management.

  9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes, mediation, or claims arising from services provided by Noagai Mobile Detailing shall be handled exclusively within the court jurisdiction of Orange County, Florida. If any single provision of these terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable by a court, the remaining sections shall remain in full force and effect.
